Hi I'm Catalina,

I help stress out women to clear their mind so they can feel relax and enjoy their life more.

Since a very young age I was curious about holistic living, philosophy, spirituality, essential oils, different cultures and religions, the study of herbs and meditation practices. 

At 21 years old, I became a National Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Massage Therapist. During that same time,

I also lost one of the most important woman in my life, my mother.

I literally took the difference between my age and her age. Did the math and realized I had such a small amount of years to live, if I got to live the same amount of  years she did. This was a very emotional time for me.

My mindfulness transformation journey started!

I started changing my diet and adding more exercise routines, but something was missing. Although I was smiling to the world, I was hurting inside. Previously, At a young age, I had learned various different meditation techniques. That gave me the foundation to practice meditation on my own. It wasn't easy at first, but the more I practiced the more natural it came to me.

Meditation supported me at many levels in my transformation journey

Meditation gave me the space to connect my outer and inner world.

It took me a few months to create my own meditation practice. I now use this same meditation practice with women who are seeking more inner guidance while experiencing body and mind relaxation.

You might think meditation it's hard to practice, especially in such a fast pace world. I get it, balancing a professional career and family can feel like a struggle. You are a hardworking woman with less "me time" every day. Let me tell you it doesn't have to be like this.

My meditation practice includes; breathwork, mental images, essential oils and my intuitive guidance.

Breathwork: The use of breathing techniques with a specific focus to relax and/or energize the body.

Guided Imagery: The use of specific mental images to support your body and mind's relaxation. 

Essential Oils: The use of certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils to promote a body- mind connection.

My unique guided meditation technique will give you the opportunity to shut down from your fast pace life, clear your mind, relax and enjoy life.
